The software eliminates errors that are typically caused by using either out of date data or using data not associated with a particular part. Each part has its own trace document (DFP) which can be updated, replaced, and downloaded. In addition, a new PDF portfolio can be generated when needed.
AEC offers an extensive back-to-birth review based on the IATA Guidelines for ‘LLP Traceability’ parts and the latest Engine Shop Manuals that ensure the part’s airworthiness and to maximize the asset value of the parts.
To achieve this goal, our professional and well-experienced team conducts a comprehensive detailed analysis of all available data to ensure complete and accurate traceability. We capture all relevant information and required documentation from birth to the current status of the LLPs and engines. To simplify the trace, we generate a Part Movement Traceability Sheet for each Life Limited Part.

Individual Life Limited Parts trace files are then combined into a PDF Portfolio providing a complete overview of the engine’s history and LLP trace documentation. When individual parts are changed, the portfolio can be easily updated.
